The most valuable prepaid legal leads are those in the third group: current MLMers.
Why?
Well, as mentioned above, you know they have an interest in making money with multi-level marketing. You will never hear them ask, "Is this one of those pyramid schemes?" and other such silly questions. They're through that; they know better.
They also understand the industry better than someone who's never been in network marketing. So, once they join your team and get through training, they'll produce results much more quickly (and with less instruction) than the average person.
Lastly, they possibly know other active MLMers: their upline, downline, and even cross-line people they bonded with at their company event. These are the kind of individuals you want as a Prepaid Legal Associate in your group.
They're in an opportunity, though, and not likely looking to initiate something new. It's your job to subtly, and carefully, pique their attention without setting off any alarms.
The best way to do this is to lead with an offer that helps them in their existing business... something unrelated to your business. Something generic, like marketing tools or training.
Earn their trust, and make clear your value to them by showing them how to move forward with their existing business. Show them that, unlike their existing upline, you are training them things that produce results. But make it clear that the only people who get your true focus are the people contributing to your financial success.
At that time, joining your group will be the next sensible step.

Of the three, active multi-level marketers have the most potential to explode your group with the least effort. Focus your energies there, and your business will never be the same.
